Microsoft Continues as a Leader
Microsoft was named a clear Leader by Gartner in its 2024 Magic Quadrant report for Analytics and Business Intelligence for the 17th consecutive* year. Microsoft has also been positioned furthest to the right for Completeness of Vision and highest in the Ability To Execute in the Magic Quadrant for the sixth consecutive year. Microsoft’s Power BI cloud platform, now included in Microsoft Fabric for a complete end-to-end analytics platform, is extremely rich in its capabilities including the infusion of generative AI to make report creation easier in Power BI via Copilot and automated Machine Learning capabilities. Power BI offers affordable data preparation, visual-based data discovery, interactive dashboards and augmented analytics via a single product.
